Join the ARAG® Attorney Network
To participate in the ARAG Attorney Network all you need to do is meet the following requirements:
- Agree to the ARAG Network Attorney Agreement.
- Agree to provide plan members with the covered services indicated on your Attorney Profile at the rates described in the Attorney Reimbursement Fee Schedule.
- Be licensed to practice in the states where you will accept clients.
- Maintain an office for the practice of law in those states.
- Be in good standing with state bar association(s).
- Maintain professional liability insurance coverage of at least $100,000 per incident and $300,000 aggregate per year.
- Provide us with your e-mail address.
- Have Internet access to enjoy full benefit of ARAG support services.

If you are ready to enroll, print and fax your Application with W-9 today (Fax 515-246-8710, Attn: Professional Relations). Also, please fax us a copy of the Declaration page of your liability insurance policy as evidence of the required coverage.
