Download the ARAG Producer Application and the Producer Agreement.
Apply Step 2:
Call us at 800-888-4184 to find out if you meet the state's licensing requirements set forth by the state you sell in.
Apply Step 3:
E-mail a completed application and signed agreement along with a copy of your Insurance Declaration Page to Legal and Regulatory Compliance or fax to 515-246-8710.

Additional Notes On Applying:

  • In order to receive commissions from ARAG, you must meet all of the licensing requirements to sell ARAG legal plans.
  • Get paid faster! Submit the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Authorization Form along with you application.
