ARAG Cares ARAG’s company culture values the importance of supporting our community through the ARAG Cares Program. This community support program provides a wide range of opportunities and encourages all individuals to get involved. ARAG Cares
  • The ARAG Cares Leave Program provides employees with two days of volunteer leave exclusively for participation in volunteer activities of their choice.

  • The ARAG Cares Corporate Matching Program provides employees an annual $500 match for charitable contributions to a non-profit organization of their choice or $100 for every 50 hours of volunteer time.

  • ARAG partners with Children and Families of Iowa (CFI) through donations, volunteer programs and free legal services offered to the women and children served by CFI. 

The ARAG Cares Program has been honored by the Insurance and Financial Communicators Association with a 2009 Award of Excellence for outstanding community service.
