Toni Filia Joins Global Leader of Legal Insurance as Director of Sales

Successful Sales Professional Focuses on Providing Legal Solutions to Serve Clients in the Employer-Paid and Voluntary Benefits Marketplace 

DES MOINES, Iowa – Toni Filia has joined ARAG^® as Director of Sales for the company’s eastern region, which includes states in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. Filia will work with businesses, benefits professionals, consultants and brokers to provide legal solutions to address the personal legal needs of customers. She is based in the Cincinnati area.

ARAG President and Chief Executive Officer Cameron Sutton said, “Toni is an accomplished sales professional who has successfully consulted with some of the nation’s most respected employers. She will play a key role in expanding ARAG’s presence in the employer-paid and voluntary benefits marketplace.”

Prior to joining ARAG, Filia was a sales executive for EyeMed Vision Care LLC, a national managed vision care company. She directed the company’s small business unit and led a national sales team. Filia is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, where she earned a bachelor of liberal arts degree in English literature. She is an active member of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
